Ryanair has pretty cheap flights from Liverpool to Venice (Treviso) as I recall. Real cheap actually.

Not always as cheap as they look by the time they have added all the extra taxes and charges as you get near the end of the booking process It came down to a choice between a definite Barcelona, and a still unconfirmed Venice at the peak of summer prices and temperatures!

For everybody's sake I hope the remaining concerts will be confirmed as soon as possible so everyone is able to make their arrangements. Two months notice doesn't allow much time, especially in the peak season
