AAAAAARRRRUUUGH Tom,
I understand colors very well. Everything is not black and white for me. I have been told we from Japan are too subtle in speech and manner. So I speak as plainly as I can in English. Perhaps misunderstanding arise because we (the Japanese) do not constantly pronounce the compliments to one another. Your culture is different.

I'm afraid I have to disagree with you all of Irelands' problems could be solved by Black & White - Guinness a couple of pints of this and I'm sure the leaders would decide that it wasn't worth all the deaths.

Sorry, Godzilla, especially if we've been caught in the traps of cultural differences.
When I agree with someone who publicly stated her/his views, I tend to publicly agree. The more so, when I witness others publicly disagreeing, or even, worse, personally attacking the person I happen to agree with.
The next time, on another topic, I might publicly disagree. I try, however, not to argue ad hominem, then. As far as I can see, when quickly thumbing through what lizzytysh and Georges posted in the past, they seem to follow a similar rule. (Of course, everybody is fallible, words sometimes are ambiguous, misunderstandings happen, and escalate...)
This might explain why I saw your post as part of a black and white attitude. If it isn't, you'll hardly find someone who's luckier about it than me.

p.s. Anne, "Wanted Man" was written by Dylan for Johnny Cash and he [Dylan] has never recorded it.

Yes, I just heard that on NPR this morning, and that Johnny was by her side. Complications from a heart operation. They appeared to be very close, and my condolences go out to him and the rest of her family.

Could it possibly be that the song you are looking for is I've Been Everywhere from the album Unchained.
The lyrics are as follows:
I was totin' my pack along the long dusty Winnamucka road
When along came a semi with a high canvas covered load
If your goin' to Winnamucka, Mack with me you can ride
And so I climbed into the cab and then I setteled down inside
He asked me if I'd seen a road with so much dust and sand
And I said, "Listen! I've traveled every road in this here land!"
I've been everywhere, man
I've been everywhere, man
Crossed the deserts bare, man
I've breatherd the mountain air, man
Travel - I've had my share, man
I've been everywhere
I've been to:

Alas John it's not the song I want

also I have made a boob (not like me

) it's not every State he mentions but every Native American Tribe. By the way John I know you have mentioned on another thread here about the meet-up in Port Talbot, South Wales, just to let you know everything is going well, If anyone else lives near enough and is interested in joining us, please get in touch with either John or myself. It is taking place on Friday 20th June 2003.
