Unless, of course, the girlfriend's deletion [in both senses

] is a ruse

. Blame it on the girl

.
Well, yes, as a matter of fact, hleonard, this
is a challenge to produce that poem

I haven't even had the chance to read the poem. Yet, in some cases, less
is more. Like this post, I guess

. Still, I am thoroughly interested now. Yes, Hleonard, please repost your poem.

Lizzy?
I wonder if hleonard's pome is in his profile? I think I'll look.

I'm hot on the heels of that pome, but it's not in his profile. So, I suppose if one deletes a post, there is no record of it anywhere? Gone, forever? Blown thin by the wind??

Ye-e-e-e-p

.
It's, no doubt, however, still on paper somewhere near his computer; in Word, on his computer

; or, last resort, in his head.

Faith of Isaac
Father, remember the day
you took me to the hill.
I always loved to play there,
now I never will.
I put my trust in you.
To you I’d run, not hide.
Then you tortured me
as I lay upon my side.
Father, what you did was cruel,
though the angel saved my life.
Now to your story
another wields his knife.

A welcome resurrection of "Faith of Isaac."

Ezekiel's got his dry
bones resurrection promise, the "New" Teastatment's got its
Lazarus and Jesus story and we've got Hleonard's poem back in its
rightful place for us to enjoy.

Now, hleonard, what I would suggest is that you copy-and-paste [not cut-and-paste ~ after all this, it deserves to be in two spots] it to the initial [your] post at the beginning of the thread, so that the dialogue which follows remains in context.
