if you have more suggestions,do suggest.more criticisms, criticise!this is the only way to formulate a universal plan of action.

to love is to ease
and the Deity to please
and the whole human race
and the pace of life
and the isralies to change
and the Saddam to rearrange
and the strife

Tysh darling, you really must make more of an effort to stop your dog from fowling the Forum. Get a shorter lead for him, and maybe having him neutered might help.

George(s) you seem to have a short memory. There was a truce arranged by setting up the poetry by the members section. I do not go in there and tell you how dreadful your verse is. Now i know what you write is not poetry, but it is at least tolerated there, and will not be commented on by myself. However, keep depositing your dung elsewhere on the forum and i will knife you every time. Your tripe is what gives poetry a bad name.

Partisan,

Georges is not a dog. Georges is a person. Georges is an intelligent person. Georges is a caring and intelligent person with feelings. You do not like Georges for whatever combination of reasons. Do not include me in the mix when you choose to express your distaste to and/or about him. I happen to like him. Even if I didn't, I would not want to be included in what you do.

what is all this petty bickering about?partisan,if you wanted to critique georges poetry, understood, but just to take jabs at him?what does that accomplish? :? :? he wanted to make a contribution to this forum and his way to do that was through poetry.are you mad at his liberal use of "poetic license"?really the beauty of poetry is like i read once "the first rule of poetry is there are no rules",in my humble opinion.dare you misinterperate this as a personal attack on you, partisan, you couldnt be more wrong.your mode of expresion was a tad harsh,is all.as for georges sign-off,my personal opinion is that the fact that we are human makes us all the more responsible.we are on the top of the chain and have a responsability to deserve this.i heard a good word about this.
when our day is up on this earth,we will be asked on high not"why werent you like moses, why not like abraham lincoln why werent you like dhali lama?"etc...they will ask you "why werent you like ____=you?whatever you believe, the point remains.we all have specific talents and abilitys and its a grand crime in my opinion if we dont act to our fullest potential.i've talked the talk, now i go walk the walk.

Come on, George, at least admit that one of the reasons the Poetry Section was created was to contain your vain poetical babblings. Go back and read some of the irate posts from the early days of the Forum. You were driving us crazy, man.

Noone is saying you are confined to the lunatic...uh, I mean...poetry section. Post all you want. But do it in prose. Please.

eeey,

P.S. It's weird, but you become rather fluent when you are livid. And you don't rhyme a single word.

At least you reply in a civil tongue.
I need to learn prose being a lunatic
perhaps i should confine my postings to the phases of the moon
i admit the poetry section is the place to be
but i get carried away..............
to the asylum.

The party was over then too

I've come to like Party-san. There is some kind of wild enegy in his review of the poetry-tribe on this sight. As Cash sings on his latest album:
"and I hate you one and all
damn your eyes"
I really like this attitude. What I do mind is that he has not been that much after me lately. Maybe I should post more. Or the case may be that he finds my threads so utterly boring that he doesnt even bother to turn against me anylonger.
All of you that find Party-san's attacks hurting I've written this little lovely peace of poetry:

There is a party going on
among the nice and bad
there is a party going
among the clever and the mad

Why don't you come on back
to the Party
Why don't you come on back
to the Party

he, he,

i like this poem, mr. danielsen... i especially like irony in changing a word
war into party!
it adds to the fact that some take this threads personaly and seriously, whilst others just enjoy playing stupid games with them...

nice comment!

JURICA

p.s.
why not writte in verse? the fact is that mr.wright tends to go too far, but the idea of a guy who only talks in poetic form is funny, don't you think?

Car crashes and other horrors.

You have all done it. You see other people do it. It is so human. You go past the scene of an accident and you simply have to look. You know it could be quite horrific, yet we have this morbid fascination. The same is true of George(s) poetry. It is quite the most dreadful stuff ever written, yet it exerts this hypnotic power.

I do not ignore you Peter. I thank you for your kind words, whether written in irony or not. My posting is sporadic. It just happens that i have a special place in my heart for George(s). My personal distate for him stems from his biggoted homophobia that has revealed itself in his poetry. But i think he has a good reason. He comes from a particularly biggoted part of the world. Homphobia is not uncommon there, and as such George(s) has been forced to surpress his true self. He has had to portray a false visage. But you can all help. I am starting a collection to buy poor George(s) a closet. Then we will have a big party to celebrate his coming out of it. With this done i think George(s) will be at peace, and maybe we can all rest.

Elazar, i should point out that George(s) does not use a poetic license. George(s) has never been licensed to commit acts of poetry. It is unlikely he ever will be.

p.s. please send donations to: georgesclosetfund@ulsterbigot.org
p.p.s. George(s) why not come in the chat from time to time? Tysh said i was to ask you personally as you were more likely to come if i asked you.
