I received my VIP package May 3. I love the litho "It Was The Hat After All", but my canvas bag had no logo, and I did not get the compass or the badge. I am not sure if it is worth trying to get those items from AEG, as I am so happy with my litho. And the concert in Miami was phenomenal, sitting front row center with Lizzie!

Oh, my gosh! Leaving out items is not a good thing, at all. I would definitely contact AEG, Nancy. I'm glad you got that particular litho. I had decided when I went for the Diamond VIP that it would be my one and only time of making that great of an expenditure. I figured with its being New York City that the package would be high quality. I've seen lists of other VIP packages that I'd have preferred, but now I've done it. I won't take chances on it again. It's just too much money.

I love the tote bag that came in the NYC package; it's smaller than the previous ones, & thus the perfect size for carrying my sheet music; it also has a nice plastic lining which I assume makes it waterproof, & a zipper on the top so you can seal it. And if you want it to have a logo, you can put the beautiful UH patch on it (which also came in the package) - I think that would look really good.

Just to update , I finally received my 2nd missing litho.

I am grateful they responded to my two missing items and delivered on their statements to ship my missing Lithos on two occasions.

Is this still available? I see that an entire VIP package with this litho just sold on eBay for $70 US.
