I myself would wait for the UK edition as I adore that 2008/10 tour photo and cannot stand that particular photo from 1978 photo session by David Boswell. Btw people are constantly using and stealing those photographs from Boswell's website at http://davidboswell.ca/index2_files/%20 ... index.html

I had lately bought the Songs and Poems everyman book,so AMazon mailed me a 43% off offer on this new book. I ordered it today , the price was £11.41. They have the price at £20 sterling but maybe its a pre-book offer for everyone.

I see I preordered the U.S. edition November 29, 2011. Now to find the U.K. and Canada editions, as they don't show up on Amazon. Guess I need to go directly to their publishers, as noted in the first posting of this thread. NOTE that Sylvie's publishers are the longtime in business and highly respected... no small potatoes .

That's what I found to the U.S., too, Paul. The U.K. edition ends up approx. $30 USD including shipping. Found that there is a link to the U.K. Amazon in the first posting. The Canada one, however, is just to their own publisher, with no Amazon and no discounts. So, guess I'll stick with the U.S. and U.K. editions. I think the additional photos appeared in just the U.K. one. Because I PRE ordered the U.S. one a while back [at the same time as 3 other books], I got Free Shipping for this one, too.

Thanks, Paul - indeed it is. But the shipping is still the same as the book (9 pounds!!!) so I will restrain and buy the book in local store when it arrives. It is out of sane mind to pay for the delivery as for the book - Amazon UK really has ridiculous prices of delivery. I'd finish with the US version in the end, despite the awful front cover, as they have reasonable shipping (cheaper than UK although across the ocean).

well, Tom, my logic was that in Croatia the book will cost at least 25 GBP ... it always happens like that!!! And will be available December (2014 I mean)!!!

No, this is not the case. I'm not sure where you were looking, but this book is listed at both amazon.ca and chaptersindigo.ca for $21.95 pre-order discount price.
