Believe me, Charles, Andrew isn't really pedantic (or infantile) about a typo. But read a bit into the past years of this this forum, and you'll find p thrashing people for lack of command of their native tongue. he didn't even allow for being colloquial. (Search e. g. for his treat-ice on "irony")

Of course, not exactly being new to this place, you might know the background. If so, the rest is silence. If not so, there's something foul in the state ...

Hi Paula, I have only plonked two people since I have been visiting this forum. Makeera is one (the other is a new but dull troll) partly because of her dreadful poetry but also because of her dishonesty in "argument".

This is only internet not real life, but whereas a challenging spat is really good fun it becomes pointless when someone consistently lies. It is true that I still see her posts when others comment on them but otherwise she is, unsurpirsingly, not missed.

There really is no need to persist in proving my point, Paula.
