I live on south coast of England in deep countryside.
I ordered Old Ideas on 22 November 2011. It arrived yesterday (4 February 2012).
I ordered Old Ideas plus litho on 23 November 2011. It has not arrived yet.

I received mine on Friday. Sony could have done worse I suppose, but they certainly could have done better.

Sony shipped my CD on january 30, they said. But I have not gotten it yet. Today, I saw the CD (brazilian edition) in a store. I didn´t buy it, of course. The CD I am anxiously awaiting will be more expensive than the brazilian edition I could have bought today...
I thought brazilian Sony would delay releasing Old Ideas, that´s why I pre-ordered. If USA fans haven´t gotten it yet, I imagine I have to await for it for a lot of time!

Procrastination finally worked in my favor. I kept scouring the web for a great bargain price. Did I want the package, LP, CD, and litho or any other combination thereof???? The litho - did I want to pay that price.... I wanted the Columbia Studio boxset also. Then eureka! On MyPlay, a package of the boxset, the new CD and litho for $156.99 including S&H. Ordered on 1-5. I was hoping that by ordering this package and them showing that the set would ship in 2-3 days, would they make an exception and send the CD and litho as well. Wait, wait, wait.....still showing 2-3 days a week later and a week later.... Do I run to my local record store to pick up the new product on the 28th? No need - the whole package was delivered here on Monday, 1-27. Only case in my life where putting something off worked to my advantage.

Unsurprisingly, there was no sign of my pre-order (CD + litho) when we got home a couple of hours ago. According to the e-mail I received from the LC Global Store, my order shipped on January 26. It normally takes 5 working days for orders from the US or Canada to get here but they seem to have employed a particularly slow breed of snail to deliver these orders. Very shoddy service indeed from Sony.

Haven't gotten mine either. I ordered CD and litho on Nov. 22nd and received shipping notification on January 27th. It may be sitting at customs but since I haven't received tracking information I wouldn't know. For sure my credit card has been charged. I was hoping the shipping would be done in advance so we could have the CD the same day it hits the stores. This was hoping. I listen to the free npr.stream which was posted a while ago and fortunately is still working. In the end I will have to buy the CD a second time at my local store. Ten days after the release I don't want to wait longer.
So much for saving my money in case there will be another tour.

Here the response about non-arrival to UK. To summarise:

We hand it over to UPS
They just get it across the sea then the post office takes over
It can take up to 18 days to arrive - business days
We have no idea where it is now
Don't bother us again, no longer our problem and we don't give a shit!

I am not a very happy bunny! This certainly is a "mail innovation" it is just crap.

On Nov 22 I ordered a CD for me and a CD+litho for a friend.
The CD+litho arrived on Friday but still no news of my CD....
I couldn't wait and bought a second one at a local store
