Critic2,
And I would be happy to critique your ego. There is plenty of it.

you needn't feel scared of ego, ydf. the relevant context has been the misleading of novices who post hallmark to wow sites and then think they can write. PD then posted to a proper site and had trouble accepting negative critiques. I know you are out of this particualr loop as you don't attempt to write poetry. but when you pass by try and encourage beginners to improve.

I am looking forward to our sessions. Here are the things we will be working on.
1. Your egoless ego.
2. You obsession with "Colin's" website.
3. Your terror of Hallmark cards.

Note to L/C forum members:
The one known as Critic2 is part owner of the Egoless poetry site.
When he stated that he has no connection with it - he lied.

I love these false identities! Since the contest on this forum the wow people ostensibly went quiet and all these new ones appeared!
I wonder if the latest figment can tell me if I am making any money from the egoless site and also I am curious to know whether I am Colin Ward or Denise Ward.
Although becoming an instant part owner of a poetry site is not quite as exciting as discovering a millionaire uncle it's good fun nonetheless. Sirus is to be applauded for livening up a quiet period here and for continuing the enjoyable campaign that also featured the "pre-write" suggestions that arrived soon after the contest judging.
You are a fine addition to this forum and I really hope you stay longer than the others fakes.
love and kisses

Sir, you dare to accuse me of a false identity! I have proof positive that you post under many differenet user names.
Members,
ask yourselves this: What would I gain by such a lie?
Ask yoursleves also: What does Critic2 gain?
The facts are, that you, and your bunk mate Colin are wanting new posters on your site ~ nothing wrong there ~ just don't lie about who/where you're from and what you're doing here.
Critic2, I accuse you of being a liar and cheat!
Members of this Forum,
I leave you the "jury" to decide.
I guess that's a wrap - or should I say:
" I rest my case."

whoops, when I praised your sudden appearance and hoped for your continued contributions I forgot to qualify my comments by adding that you need to be interesting.

Notes on the Patient C2
Very, very serious case. More serious than I had expected.
Patient admits to loving false identities and complains about "figments". More importantly, patient is Gender-Confused--doesn't know if he is male or female--Asks others to tell him.
Prognosis is not good.

Members,
please note, that the one you know as Critic2, has not refuted 'any' of the charges that have been brought against him.
Plonked!

hey, Tine! I wish I could now remember who it was who told the story of how he was late down for breakfast at some cheap hotel in Scotland. He asked the waitress if the chef could still make him some eggs. He was told that the chef said he "couldn't be arsed"!
I'll edit later when I get the name. Maybe it was Jackie Leven, an excellent singer introduced to me by Big Al on the LC newsgroup.
Anyway, the new troll is far too dull to stimulate further response and now resides quietly in my plonk box with Makeera.
ydf is hovering on the edge as well. He is thus far saved from obscurity because his original conceit of being the forum psychoanalyst is a very funny shout. Sadly the idea is wholly wasted with him as his writing is so poor and unimaginative.

Is C2 Colins real partner?
Is he Colin?
Is he Partisan?
He is a plonker however?
Adieu.

Avalon, I can't remember. Did you enter the poetry contest?
In answer to both your posts
1. not Colin's real partner
2. not Colin
3. not Partisan
4. yes, this is true. I plonked Makera for crimes against writing, and a new dull troll who made up the lie that I was involved in the excellent egoless site (beyond simply posting there).
