Well, C2, you did your homework right on cue! ;)

How long did it take you to find that little gem, eh? Nasty fellow aren't you, but being exposed to perish on some windy crag is being said to an objectionable child.
Self-description again! Well done.

Did you remove your ups and down ditty from allpoetry, O bitter and Sulky One? Are you deliberatley depriving the masses from learning about forced rhyme. Think of all those allpoetry types who simply can't find a match for "blue". Now they may never learn that the answer is "the true".

btw please play with rik whilst i go out for the day. He is feeling very low and needs you to tell him how good his writing is, particularly
"but you know,
well, you've never been deceased"

Comfort poor rik.

Ha, C2, you can wish and fantasize all you please!
Still obsessed with my writings, huh?

Anyone can click "View All" on my 'Works' to find any poems that may not be part of the Collection being featured on my main author page (I change the Collections around from time to time).

Or, one can click on any of the link headings of different categories shown in 'My Lists'.

Quite simple really.

Ascendo tuum! :P

 NEWS FLASH

FYI: Critic2/mickey-one, aka CriTictoo, has been reprimanded by the Allpoetry Moderators and warned that personal attacks and harassment of members is not tolerated.
If repeated he can and will be banned.

Makera~

okay, i am now curious enough to drag myself into this fray.

What do you mean c2/mickey-one...has been reprimanded at the allpoetry site?

Are you stating unequivocally that c2 and m1 are the same person?

Not having seen what was posted, how 'bad' were the critiques that caused a potential banishment?

Does one get targeted for banishment randomly? Or does someone have to report their actions?

And are we having fun yet?

Hi Laurie ~ :D

It is a policy of the Allpoetry site that no one is to harass or abuse other members in posts. Anyone seeing this occurring can inform the Moderators. There are guidelines provided on how to offer critiques, i.e. what is and is not acceptable. Pursuing someone only to make personally insulting and hateful remarks on that person's works is not acceptable in civilized poetry communities. C2's agenda was pretty obvious as mine were the only pages he had left comments on, repeatedly on the same ones. I did not reply to him directly. Another member did.
I only asked the Mods if one of them would explain to him the difference between a critique and harassment. On seeing his posts they obviously decided they were way over the line and deleted them. Hence the "stern warning" they said he was given.

Yes, C2 & M1 are the same.

Just thought the truth should be known. Hope that clarifies it.

"Pursuing someone only to make personally insulting and hateful remarks on that person's works is not acceptable in civilized poetry communities" , says Makera.

The lesson I tried to teach her in my last critque at allpoetry is a very basic one- "show, don't tell". Any decent teacher will guide a beginner that way.

In Makera's poem she rhymed "up" and "cup" and leaving aside my view on such simplisitc matches, what we want to know is about the cup. what size, color, shape. what is its history, its use and so on.

Poetry is about imagery and imagination, not about dull, predictable rhyming. It is worth Makera overcoming her ego issues to learn to write descriptively.

That's the point, Charles.....there are various ideas, by various people, as to who Critic2 may or may not be. I know some who have been certain as they can be that some identity was me; and I've never gone by any moniker other than lizzytysh. Absolute certainty can be dead wrong.

Hi Makera,

I don't want to comment on your writing, but you will never make a living as a Private Detective.
