Congratulations on your concert, lucky, lucky, Ireland. Well, not lucky really, you have earned a special place in Leonard's heart I think.

Just keeping everything crossed that he does find a little space to come over here though I feel almost greedy in hoping because of the many people who haven't been lucky enough to have him visit. But with five concerts in France, maybe it is not hopeless to hang on to the dream...

About my previous post with all the expected names in it: I was merely joking around with all the names I knew from the Barcelona meetup (and Ros)! I don't know if they will all be there in Sligo, but I'm sure most of them will, along with a long list of UK Cohenites of course. It's still a long time before the Sligo concert, so I'm sure we'll hear from the group of Irish Cohenites in time about meetup plans etc... If you need any help for nametags, let me kow! However, I've made nametags for Barcelona, Las Vegas and San José before, perhaps it's time to try out something new (although I don't know what exactly). But it's wouldn't be any problem to make lanyards & nametags if you want.

Hi Maartan, you wont see me in Sligo ... money is tight at the moment and if there was a way I could go, I would but with Kracow the following week, I am not so sad about it.
Looking forward to all the Sligo stories over a few beers in the sunshine in Poland

Is this concert definately going ahead because there was an article in the Sligo Champian newspaper in March saying the shows were called off.

How wonderful for all our Irish fans and friends If another concert does not materialize in that area, here's hoping that this concert will somehow lessen the feelings of sadness for all forum members and friends from England, Wales, and Scotland and that you will be able to attend this one.

I just got home from work and couldnt wait to come to my computer to double check this fantastic news!!! I am soooooooooo excited and dont know how I am going to sleep between now and Thursday when the pre sale occurs! This has to be the best news this year for me - In this last couple of years I am seeing Leonard in my three favourite places in the whole wide world - Israel, Vegas and now Ireland!!
