Last night I set up a little shrine to Laura Nero. A candle, a picture of her, kind of my candle in the wind. I put on one of Gordon's albums and right now its " A rich man's spiritual". :)

Lizzy...I only have little 20 second-40 second widows to chat .. :cry:

So, since it really is Laura Nyro ~ why didn't you play some of her own music vs. Lightfoot's? Did she really like his music, or is there a particular one that you thought seemed to fit the ritual?

:? ....oh Lizzy....I meant and I didn't make it clear at all is I was playing Lightfoot at work and that at home it was L. Nyro (ie. And when I die, eli's coming, Stoney End,) :oops:
Pete!! and remember Gene Mclellan !!!!! He wasw a great Canadien writer.
Anne Murry sang a few of his songs, "Just Bidin' my time" "Snowbird" :D :D :D
