damned

I saw a a piece that was torn from the morning
And it hangs in the Gallery of Frost

And I saw a man singing "A ghost climbs on the table in a bridal negligee
She says, "My body is the light, my body is the way""

And I saw some flowers growing up
where that lamb fell down;

 Oh, yes, Pete, the absent mare seems to be a little problem! I have no choice but to wait till I’ll dream it. Then I’ll see it but at the same time it won’t be here… or anywhere else… so it will be totally absent  .
But – hurrah! – every day I see my cat curled asleep in his chair! 6.00023 :D !

And could you answer one question, please :) ? Should I see marble& snow “in reality”? Or a photo will be enough?
(In the centre of our city there are palaces and buildings decorated with marble – there’s even Marble Palace here – and now there’s snow, as well. I can’t go there now, unfortunately, but I have a photo of Marble Palace which was made in winter. And, above all, of course, I saw it in winter before.)

I'll take the cat curled asleep in his chair (5) ~ double gives me 10. More for multiple cats  ? Wrong season here for the crickets. Any day, I would hope for thunder and lightning, but as we're in a dry spell, will likely miss out on that, too :( . Have you seen a beggar leaning on a wooden crutch where you're at, Pete?

Well, dang, before I clicked on Submit, I noticed Helven and her cat. However, you get 10 for that, with the doubles. 11.00023 ~ and I'm back to 0. Easy come, easy go  .

The question is, can I afford to gain 10 lbs in order to gain 10 points? Hmmm................

btw Pete, I came across this gem on another site this afternoon "There are 10 kinds of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't".

Honorable Mention, maybe, Byron ~ but zero points. As much as it warms the cockles o' me heart, there's no mention of sleeping and nothing about a chair. Sorry :( .

However, now's a good time to mention that this evening, I saw the night come on......hey, gimme five  . Okay, give me 5? Judge?

Linmag ~ How about if I take the chocolates, and you can have the points. A win-win situation that suits me fine :D .

Great mare solution, Helven :D ~ I like that!

Trust me Pete, I really saw :

- a piece that was torn from the morning
And it hangs in the Gallery of Frost

or : marble and snow...together ( 90 points)

and the rest I saw it with my inner eyes (:? well....)

- a man singing "A ghost climbs on the table in a bridal negligee
She says, "My body is the light, my body is the way"

or : rags of light (500 points)

- some flowers growing up
where that lamb fell down;

or : lamb fell down (500 points) (not previously listed)

Total 1090. Thank You Big Chief.

Tchocolatl~!

Did you come all this way to fool ya'  ? Or, simply practicing good time management ~ making the most of it while you're here :D ?

If you did come to fool ya', I've already won. I've had my inner visions for years, and can summon them, each and every one, by merely thinking or reading the lyrics. Ready.....get set.....GO!!!

As a matter of fact, I'd like 100 points for clearly seeing, through Tchocolatl's suggested scoresheet, that it's really come to this :D . I'm also requesting 50 points for Helven's assurance and justification to us that she didn't come all this way to fool ya' :D on the marble and snow.

Hi Elizabeth :D ,
Do you think we can get our points only once? I mean I thought that got my points when saw my cat but when you (or anybody else) saw your one you got your points, as well. Isn’t it so?
Pete?
Or maybe we could share our points for the cats in equal parts :) ?

*************************
Well, I saw no mare today :( . But I saw another dream which was certainly evoked by our gripping game  . Hope it will be funny to read about it.

I saw myself at the kindergarten as a teacher [sorry, don’t know an exact word for this profession]. But I knew I wasn’t a teacher, in fact.
It was known that one very serious offender intended to rob that kindergarten  . But it was known also he would do that only if I’d be there. Don’t know why but, taken separately, we - kindergarten and me – didn’t interest him at all :? . So it was my “mission” which I got from a detective - to be there in order that they could catch him red-handed.
Well, I was there, and he came there, as well, - dressed in black, with a black wide-brimmed hat upon the head, and a pistol in the hand. And he began to rob  . Then, very soon, a detective with his guys came in, switched on the light (it was dusk then), I discerned a face of that criminal, and immediately fell in love with him  . And he reciprocated my affection.
And here’s a next “picture” from my dream. He was arrested and I had a hard time realizing that we’d have to separate for several years  . But they released him for a couple of days and he came to say goodbye to me. He arrived by car – it was a luxurious black car – and I mused upon a question, how could we slip away together with that car.
Unfortunately, I awoke at that very moment and don’t know the end of that harrowing love story.

Big Chief is amused and suspicious.

Inner visions are not allowed. You must see with your eyes open.

Those of you who claim to have seen a cat curled asleep in his chair must and I repeat, must be convinced that the cat is curled and not spread out as in 'not curled' and is also a 'he' cat and that the chair is his and not yours. If you have claimed points by deception then you must subtract the said points plus another 10.. plus another 10 in the subtraction that is which, in effect, is a subtraction.

Tchocolatl
You cannot claim points for seeing a man singing the words. You have not seen a ghost climbing on a table in a bridal negligee. Big Chief is not amused in this instance. I spying is a serious business and any further disregard to the cause will have to go before the council.

Kieran
Well done for your sisters of mercy I spy but I'm not sure whether you read their address by the moon. If there was a streetlight then the moon doesn't count.

Helven
Big Chief has been pondering your dilemma all day regarding the marble and the snow and he is pleased to grant you 150 points rather than the 180. A real life I spy would have gained the missing 30 points.
Please don't try to appeal against the decision as you may be in danger of losing the lot.

Lizzytysh
Beggars on wooden crutches??? They are out there somewhere :)

Linmag
Go for it!!! :D Thanks for the binary joke. There are 3 types of people who will understand Maths jokes.. those who do and those who don't.

Byron
Nil point for you.

Must rush. meeting with Big Chief...........

Yes, sir! No objections, sir! Thanks for the points! :D

And I’m happy to report on the fact that my cat is “he”, and he really has his own chair, and when he sleeps there he’s curled as he’s too big to spread out! :D
He has some another, larger, places for sleeping but he still likes that chair, as well, and uses it every day (maybe because it stands near the radiator, and it’s warm there).

Your gratitude is appreciated.

BTW I forgot to clarify that 2 people seeing the same I Spy but in different places does qualify each to receive said points.
You'd only have to share them if you saw the same cat at the same time.

Pete

p.s. ease back on the dreams :D
