Well, I think a perfect city to start the tour 2013 would be Aachen (Aken / Aix la Chapelle); Germany .

(Aachen is situated in the center of Europe, just where Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands meets. France and Luxembourg are also nearby. So easy to reach!
There is one of the most beautiful places, which would just be fine for a Leonard Cohen concert: the Katschhof in Aachen, the place between the Cathedral from Charlemagne, a World Heritage Site, and the historic town-hall.)
