Has anyone received their hard tickets yet?

To Suemerlyn and anyone else who has ordered by phone and is worried that they do not have a written confirmation from Ticketmaster:

I booked tickets over the phone for one of the Edinburgh Castle concerts (not Leonard) and wanted to check that I had been allocated the right tickets. I discovered you could call the Ticketmaster order confirmation telephone line (0870 242 4442) and get confirmation over the phone. If you gave your e-mail address when you booked the tickets, you can also get an e-mail confirmation sent to you. Hope that helps.
