u.s. is not the world police force.the u.n. is supposed to manage a "security council".they themselves have blunted their influence etc..

i think the most important strategy of the operation was left underdevoped i.e. the human factor.this can be left unsaid its so obvious when we hear of continued fighting.the iraqis dont want us there.would you admit you would feel the same if the situation was reversed?probably.
