I had the Billy Joel version as well - did I sing along? Yes. lol
Have fun in Manchester, and maybe you'll come back with brand new harmonies!

I have periods in my life when I listen only LC over and over again. Nobody else will do. There's just something about him... well, you all know what I'm talking about. I don't need to explain it, do I?

I have to travel quite frequently - five and six hours at a time - my CD player gets a full workout with Leonard Cohen. I want to get a connection for iPod so I don't have to change the CD (that can be quite dangerous when driving through the forest; a narrow, winding road). At present I listen to
The Guests a lot of the time - I keep finding new meaning in the lyrics.
Joan of Arc, Closing Time ... oh well, all of them really!
I'm so glad I signed on to this forum.

Now, after the concert of Helsinki all the other music sounds so boring.... So - simply - I have to listen Leonard's music everywhere!
