I'm proud of you.
Why, thank you, Jack! I do relapse on occasion but, overall, I'm hanging tough. It's fairly well known that relapse is a part of many recoveries... quite normal, in fact.

It is a bit more of a challenge, I must say.

I thought it was the therapy that you needed after the rehab.

Ongoing therapy, yes... if I'd separated them out, I might have gotten in under the wire, but no such luck. Rehab is an intense, in-patient form of therapy. Ongoing therapy, afterward, is a supportive, out-patient form. Both are considered "therapy," though. Or shall we consider the rehab a form of treatment and therapy as therapy. Hmmm.
