I am wondering if it will soon be time to start a new quiz.
As starters how about
1 Where will the first concert of Leonard's next tour be - cue Jarkko to advise this will probably be Leonard's last public performance.
2 Name any additional female singers to feature on the next studio album other than Sharon Robinson

1. Philadelphia, PA (a suburb of Tvlcottih, PA)
2. Anjani (in addition to Sharon Robinson and The Webb Sisters) - and/or whoever Leonard chooses to have.

Well, I'm guessing that it is pretty much all over but.....in keeping with the guidlines set by Jarkko.....we could still qualify for ALL concerts and cities
Did you know that -
Australia is the biggest
island and the smallest continent in the world.
Australia is the
driest inhabited continent on earth.

I don't want to think of that possibility. Jarkko if this be the case please don't tell us as I'd rather not know

Will the Webb sisters contract soon be up as the tour winds down?
Wasn't Julie C soliciting for donations to fund a new album on her web site recently?
Isn't Sharon a shoo in?

Guys, I understand that you miss some of the backup singer of the past; but don't hate the Webbs! They are doing a sublime job!

They are sublime indeed. And they are also two of Leonard's "angels."

Exactly - life goes on and lets not dwell in the past.
I really rate the Webb sisters and Sharon R

It's nice to see that the Wheel of Fortune smiled on Mutti -- I look forward to hearing about the rest of the club itinerary.

Ouch. Yes, my personal preference for Leonard's "angels" are Jennifer, Julie, and Perla, but this is no knock on the current three females in the touring band. Furthermore, I do NOT "hate" the Webb Sisters (or Sharon for that matter). In fact, I was at the Webb Sisters show in Ottawa earlier this year and was able to have a great conversation with them and their brother, as did many others. Not only did they sign the 2 cds I bought, but also my Live in London dvd I brought along. Maybe it's just me, but I enjoyed seeing them as a duo more so than with Leonard's band, which is a sincere compliment from me to them. I really hope they have a great career in their own right after the Cohen tour is done because I'd welcome the chance to see them again at one of THEIR shows! They definitely have a fan in me and, yes, the Webbs ARE sublime!
Call me nostalgic, but seeing Jennifer perform last year (what a great presence she is onstage!), then having the luxury of meeting her afterwards at a cd signing, I was starstruck. I remember saying to her that I felt truly blessed to have seen her and Leonard in the same calendar year and that I wished that some day they might reunite live. And, being lucky to have seen Leonard live in 1993 (what I thought would go down as my first and last chance of seeing him again for 15 looooooong years), and having watched and listened to Julie and Perla's rousing rendition of "Anthem" featured in the "I'm Your Man" film MANY times, I'd love to see at least one show feature the three reunited, or some back-up vocals on the elusive pending studio release. I know it's impossible for them to replace the current singers, but it doesn't hurt to hope sometimes, even when the odds are at minimum a billion-to-one.
I mean no disrespect to the previous poster, just felt the need to clarify where I was coming from. Cheers!
