wybe...knowing what a keen photographer you are maybe when you have finished taking photos of the views from the more spectacular view points along the walk you may want to take a rest in one of the less spectacular resting areas along our walking trail..what this one lacks in views it makes up in other ways...we are blessed that beatriz thinks of everything.......ta ken

My dear wife is of a delicate disposition and has not yet met the eejits signed up for this lcww.
Normally I prefer to ascend mountains by helicopter, if this can be arranged please.

here is an exclusive photo of the new leonard cohen all terrain tourist fun bus/train undergoing trials in a secret location in europe under the ever watchful eye of our leader and webmaster ...beatriz is hoping to hire the vehicle for the benefit of the infirm and elderly members of the walking group (for which there are many) who can't manage the walking or the escalators...we hope to acquire it and transport it to viladrau when it finishes it's inaugural summer season on hydra where it is going to be used on the island's new exciting bus route running between the port the new leonard cohen bus stop and kamini

Hello friends,

After a silent busy time, hiring the most qualified local escalator engineers, looking for UHTC chair manufacturers, best spots in the mountains to place them, trying to book the brand new Leonard Cohen all terrain tourist fun bus/train and making unhuman efforts to fit an helicopter in our limited budget,
I'm finally ready to start with hotel bookings.
You all will have an email with all the information included.
I've updated the participants list to let you look for someone to share hotel rooms or apartments.
YOU DON'T NEED to book by yourselves. Just send me an email with your suited option.
I will contact hotels for you as a group.

For the people coming from Liverpool.
We are flying with Ryan Air on 30 Sep 14.45 from Liverpool-Barcelona 18.05 Travel to Vic by train 19.27 or 20.15
staying one night in the hotel above the station in Vic www. estaciodelnordhotel.com (convenient to catch the bus to Villadrau the next day)
Return with Ryan Air from Barcelona 5 Oct at 18.40-Liverpool 20.20
I hope that is a help
Only thing left now is a hotel in Barcelona on Oct 4th,any ideas?

Those are so beautiful, Ken. Great design! Do we get to choose our colour? For me, I respectfully request the green and blue. They're all great, but that one really resonates with me; perhaps because they are the 'earth' colours. Black & white would normally be my colour combination of choice, but the green and blue is outstanding, and I would LOVE to have IT, if possible!

please may i have a small black & white badge. and one for my dear wife. please remember that the wrong colour badge could lead to kneecapping (or worse) in this beautiful part of our country. if we could have them with catalan writing that would be great...

our walk organiser (she who has to be obeyed) decided that the blue/green badge would be the badge of choice for the weekend...so there are enough blue/green badges for everyone..with about 25 each of the two other designs for those who for either religious or political reasons cannot wear blue or green...however the main purpose of the badge is to act as ID to help identify bodies in case of accidents..ta ken
