I'm from Rome and I bought my tickets at an authorized sales point. However, I hadn't found any problems when I had tried the online process.
I think you could also try by either emailing at: assistenzabiglietti@lottomaticaservizi.it for further information or, even better, by phoning. I'm copying here what's written on the listicket website about the attendance call centre:
"the number of telephone from abroad is 0039 06 3700106. The service is active from Monday to Saturday from the hours 10,00 to the hours 13,00 and hours 14,00 - hours 18.00."

I know I'm being greedy (by some standards, as I've managed to get a back row gallery ticket for Thursday night), but I'll be up in Manchester until Saturday ,so have started to hope that if I can get a ticket for Friday night ,well then I could go,( hopefully with a closer seat) again! Please let me know that I have reason to hope, and spoil me, thanks

Two tickets for sale for Toronto, Sunday June 8th. The seats are in centre section in the 8th row from the stage (HH, 41 and 42)! I am selling them for exactly how much I paid - $530 for both (this includes the Ticketmaster fees).
