Hope I get to be there. Sorry that I've seen this only just now, presumably at #62 [after Gery Bogaard] since I've just sent my name to that email.
Looking down the list, though, it seems more likely than not that these people won't cancel. One never knows, though. The scenery is incredible.
The people going are great.

I haven't been paying attention here since I recovered from the Dublin outing and paid my bench dues. Almost missed this but now I am delighted to have made it onto the list. The plans look great!
(only problem is that I notice the names of some grumpy old men on the list. can some of them not be weeded out?)

despite beatriz's doubts about whether or not catalonia will still be part of spain by next october the first draft of our logo is ready for inspection...

..as in true cohen style it is planned that when the logo is finalised it will appear on the usual badges..t-shirts..tote bages...scarves...caps...ties...cuff links..pendants..brooches..rings..scarves etc. etc.etc.etc... and it will be also appear on the cover of the expected tsunami of books written about and inspired by the weekend....

...and i agree with tom we do seem to have more than our fair share of grumpy old men signed up for the weekend...but i fear it's too late to do anything about that now..maybe the organisers of the 2017 weekend could take note......ta ken

I am pretty sure that all in the list of 61 names cannot join, and any cancellations will be replaced by the next member(s) in the wait-list.

and a big thanks to our main man jarkko for testing out our prototype t-shirt design during his weekend break in the mountains...first indications are that the logo is safe to use up to 2000 metres....

...so hopefully nothing over 2000 metres beatriz.....ta ken
