The password to the AEG sale is baritone...
it doesn't bring up anything other than the same in the presale
and also brings up the same each time and then it will change.
I was just playing with it to see what happens..
This is for San Jose...

Hi Lizzy,
Actually, we all DO have seats. We are just waiting for the seats to open up that we SHOULD have. San Jose was not quite like Florida. Most of us will accept eventually what we have (we may have no choice), but I know that every single day from now until November 13th I will be on TM to attempt to obtain the seat I really WANT. I have no problem if all the center seats go to friends and family of the band and crew...but, if they go to big bucks people who really have no idea who Leonard is, then I have a problem.

Hi Lizzy
I see my post yesterday wasn't posted so i likely didn't press submit.
Yes as Di says we do all have seats for both Las Vegas and San Jose.
In Las Vegas we are all sitting close to each other but not closer than 6-8 rows..but it is a venue with raised seats
and it should be fine..at least there will be lots of us near each other or in the same row..
In fact it may be a 'wild' night..what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas kind of thing
but San Jose was not a nice picture the morning of the fan club pre-sale for some of us.
The center Section 2 was not offered at all
and only a very few (less than 3 I think) front row seats on the very right or very left were offered.
I do have row 3 on the left facing the stage
but the other 2 concerts I went to I was further back and paid less
so this time I am spending top dollar and expected a chance at better seats...
Oh well..maybe in the general sale something will show up..
thanks for your support!
At least we have row 3..that is special too..hate to be complaining..as its all going to be good...a fantastic show I am sure!
Still wish you could be there or to play in Las Vegas as I said it will be wild!

San Jose was not the only venue where the center section was not offered. Same in Philly. There were front row seats in sections 101 and 103, but not in the center section (102). No seats at all in the first 5 rows of section 102 were ever offered. Whatever. It would have been a nice surprise if they were - but it does not surprise me. Just like casinos - those seats are "reserved" for "special people."

And the venue knows nothing about it.
The venue in Philly does not have raised seating. I am going to be happy that I was able to obtain a front row seat. My big beef was not knowing where the actually seat numbers were located and the venue not being able to supply that information. I did try to guess - but then opted for a front row seat on the audience side left, over what I thought "might" be a seat more to the center - but in a row further back.
I am hoping Leonard will spend a lot of time with the Angels when they come to Philly. I am sure he will.
And I'm editing here to say that I also will be on the side of Neil and Roscoe!! And Dino is quite tall - as is Bob - and Javier sits more up towards the front of the stage - and Rafael is smack dab in the center. So - I trust I will have full view of everyone.

Hi Linda,
At least with the HP Pavilion in San Jose, if you went to their website they did explain that the seats would be numbered from left to right as you would be facing your row. It will be interesting tomorrow to see what is offered in the public sale for SJ. I'm not expecting too much but will keep visiting our friends at Ticketmaster every day to see if anything more centered and close opens up!
"And the venue knows nothing about it".

Loved that!

Would someone please explain it again to me..sorry its taking a lot to sink in...
Is it us facing the stage or facing the audience when we go from right to left?
confused..
Thanks a lot

Leslie,
Looks like - facing the stage, each section starts with seat 1 on the right. So FLR3, seat 1 will be next to FLR2 (center section). The only seating plan I found that showed this was from the HP Pavillion website for the Miley Cyrus concert (don't be misled by this, as it shows a ramp coming out into the audience which I'm sure will not be at our concert. It still does show the numbering sequence.) Hope this helps.

Thanks for the clarity Mary B.... I am in 13-14 which is on the very left when I am facing the stage...

I'm glad to see/read/hear that you have all got seats, so you WILL all be going... that's what's crucial [and, yes, I have to tell myself the same thing, once in awhile, about my 3rd row seat in Tampa

]. I'll be happy as a clam the moment I see this marvelous group walk onstage

. I'll be happy as an oyster with a pearl the moment I see Leonard follow

. I'm addicted to these visuals... and, every time I have gone to watch them, I have been in sad disbelief that it could be my last time. It just feels so right to be sitting there with that as an integral facet of my life.

Hi Lizzy,
Remember....this is only the last part of the "World Tour - 2008/2009". Not...THE last tour. Keep that in your heart!

Madison Square meetup: I got a single ticket in row m, section 2 which means 13 rows from stage. I clicked immediately, but the first 10 rows are reserved for pairs of Diamond tickets. No one wanted to spend that kind of money so I'm taking the train from NJ and probably will go next door to Borders if I get there too early. I've seen Leonard since the early 70's - in a small coffee house- - the Main Point where the audience sat at desks and you could almost touch him. Last concert was in Glenside PA in a reconverted movie house where I saw him and his girlfriend at the time, Rebecca Demornay, on the street before the concert. He so kindly autographed three of his poetry books I had with me as well as the Future cd.

Don't say that Mary or I might end up having a look myself and buying a ticket!! And I just cannot travel to Ft Lauderdale as I am supposed to be in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia at the closing concert of the Celtic Colours Festival on that day (a tribute to the dear, recently departed Jerry Holland for those who know their Celtic fiddlers). Phew - Leonard Cohen and Celtic fiddles. I feel like a split personality these days!
Wendy
Navigating between these two worlds of Cohen and Celtic fiddles might feel like having a split personality, but it's a testament to the richness and diversity of musical experiences that you're fortunate enough to enjoy. Whether you ultimately find yourself swayed towards Leonard Cohen or firmly rooted in the Celtic tradition, it's sure to be an unforgettable journey filled with beautiful music and cherished memories.
