Jarkko....Just wanted to say Thanks for posting the link...managed to get my tickets... I'm as high as a kite. The June '08 concert was something special for all Irish fans, (drenched as I was) delighted to be going again, I was afraid with all the hype that it would prove difficult to get a ticket ( I was going anyway hell or high water)
thank you again for your time and effort, Its much appreciated .....

Unspoken Words wrote:Even though I have bought a ticket and booked an hotel I am not that happy really with the ticketmaster process (when I went to purchase a few times I was knocked out each time and had to go back and input the details again and lost the original ticket) and cynical about the ticket allocation, the prices and the general commercial side of things.

Love seeing LC live and thought the concert in Dublin last year was fabulous but I and others have a bit of a feeling of the 'final final' last farewell tour ever syndrome (that was last year but here we are again this year) and absolutely fleecing the public which is not good. Generally people I talk to cannot believe the prices of tickets and although they would like to go to see LC given the rave reviews from last year they would not pay the prices. Interesting to see what happens with general sales.

I kept getting knocked out of the sale as well but I put it down to having two windows open at the same time, one for Sunday night and one for Monday, I think it confused the system. (ha for trying to change the system from within...not quite) But then I closed one and I managed to buy almost what I wanted. Tickets are expensive yes I agree, especially with regard to sterling prices for Belfast and Liverpool now that sterling is more on a par with the Euro and general sale will be interesting but the gig isn't for nearly 4 months yet so I'd imagine it will sell out in the end. Still and all, happy and excited to be going to the concert.

As an o2 customer I have a password for the presale tomorrow. I'm not sure if a different password is issued to all customers. Anyway I'm very happy with the tickets I got this morning so if anyone wants to use my o2 password for tomorrows presale they are more than welcome to it.

"hi, could you help me get pre-sale tickets for dublin?thanks"

Go to Summer Tour 2009
Under that is the Presale notice, click on the link there which sends you straight to Ticketmaster.
Couldn't be easier!

Got front row seats this morning for Sunday..............YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
Thanks so much to everyone involved in making it so easy.
If he does " So long Marianne", now that will be the icing on the cake!!
I somehow think Kilmainham will be hard to beat for atmosphere, but really thought I wouldn't see him again.
Look forward so much to July.
PS, tried to send thank you message this morning, but guess the site was so busy it got lost.

Thanks very much Jarkko for organizing the pre sale tickets. Got hours within minutes this morning.

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems printing out their tickets - each time I go back to my ticketmaster account and click the print tickets button, it throw an error, and says if the show is soon, to contact customer service. I'll be happier once I have the tickets printed out.

Thanks,
Barry
