I'm afraid that I'm far too late - but if I don't try, I'll never know for sure...
I'd love to join you for the walking weekend!
Keeping fingers crossed,
Conny

Keep calm friends. Joe and me won't start registration before end of year. People from previous walking tours will be asked first.

I really miss the nice little community we had. This is the first time I have been on the forum for a while and no one seems to have any banter it all seems very serious now. Thank god for the idiots on this thread. Miss you all and hope to see you soon.

Hi Paula,
It's nice to know somebody is thinking about us. Plans are going very well for Galway next September.
Hoping to see you then or sooner

....watch yerself bernadine don't forget that the newly formed forum police watch over these threads..
...i reckon this thread over the years has broken all the suggested guidelines (see below) posted up recently in the 'comments & questions' thread by the self-appointed chief of police...
...and now by displaying those rather shocking and i have to say extremely irreverent shoes we could under the proposed new guidelines be in danger of having calls for this thread to be deleted or removed or locked or anchored or whatever other punishment our moral guardians have up their sleeves for us...
...take care big brother is watching....ta ken

Jeez Ken, whatever happened to the real meaning of the word ~Forum..... open and free discussion.
This is the best thread on the Forum for me. My favourite LC friends reside on this thread and if anyone ever dared suggest it be removed, well I for one would remove myself from the Forum also.
The secret to life is HAVE FUN............. Glad I realise this

...for those free and innocent spirits not familiar with the world of mind control and internet policing here is the definition of 'godwin's law' which is mentioned in our proposed new guidelines cribbed from wikipedia...so be warned don't mention h*tler or the n*zis...
...as far as i know lonely matlock snowmen..breakfast eggs and rhubarb have so far escaped from being put into same category....but it's early days yet..ta ken
