JTS,

don't be too modest. Since I know some German, I can gladly attest you that your German is much better than Klaus's. It seems some people change their names too often...

The voices from "God's own country" (let me name but three: Dylan Thomas, Richard Burton, Anthony Hopkins) seem to back up your "excerpt" from the "Real Genesis".

Btw: It really made me smile to see you make "4 stars" (sometimes called asterisks) out of one "star"... :D Maybe the Welsh should build a good fence to "make good neighbors"...

Tom

PS: Maybe I should have included JTS in the above list, but i wasn't quite sure which voice was yours, when I heard the powerful midnight choir last weekend...

Many thanks I once (More yeras ago than I care to think of) managed to achieve 4 Grade U's (Unclassified) in my German O Level and thereby failed to get accepted for Oxbridge so I have to confess that my knowledge of German was meagre even when I was learning it.

As far as fences ago I'm afraid the Welsh only got as far as a ditch.

Alas I could not partake in a midnight choir - the timbre of my voice is such that when I was playing drums in a band it was ageed by the other band members that I should refrain from doing backing vocals - most humiliating of all this injunction included Instrumental tracks. And we were supposed to be a punk/heavy group.

The pembrokeshire coast is indeed a beautiful place.

Die Pembrokeshire Küste ist wie eine Toilette, die durch Leonard Cohen Ventilatoren benutzt wird, die Wellington Aufladungen tragen.

I am so sad to watch this honest Christian thread descend into the gutter. I don't care wether Dairy Farmer's cows wear Wellington Boots or bot, whether John The Shorts wears cut off trousers or gives half measures in his Pub, whether Paula is Bellicose or Bella, whether Klaus is real or fake. What I care about is Leonard Cohen's continuing evasion of the question of War or Muffins.

I consider him a fake leader of this group for as long as he remains silent.

I knwo this is a shocking statemnet but today is the Lord's Day so I am in no mood for forgiveness. Remember We Are All His Children.

Not funny! Please don't fake my posts again. The Lord is not for teasing.

Klaus

I really think you need to seek professional help:
whether Klaus is real or fake
Perhaps doubting some of the other statements - but doubting your own existence? Surely this is a severe form of Multiple Personality Disorder?

Only a committed meat eater would say that. How can it be a severe case when a single ID is doubted. Multiple Personality Disorder would involve the "existence" of several different personalities within one person.

So you are as ignorant as a Cow without teats.

I am very glad that this thread is now closed. It served its purpose as since it began the War has concluded and Sainsburys have reduced the price of both muffins and jam. I am not claiming that this thread was directly responsible for *both* these events, but it is some co-incidence otherwise.

Are you suffering from BSE? A dedicated meat-eater indeed?

Surely some one involved with the slaughter of animals would know a vegan partakes of no animal products - no meat, no eggs, no milk or dairy products. I wonder are you Klaus posting under another name? His MPD would go hand in glove with BSE.

PS It looks as if the inaugural meeting of the South Wales Branch of the LC fan club will take place in Port Talbot in the middle of June, once I can confirm the date & venue I will post it here, but please try and attend, the more the merrier (BTW - This will be an open invitation PT may not be Manhattan but I'm sure we can have a great time)

I think I was perfectly clear that this thread is now closed. Please accept my ruling.

Paula (of the H)

I shall heceforth refrain from posting on this thread until such a time as another post appears hear.

I shall obey your diktat even though I disagree that the power of creation (of a thread) implies that one has the power of destuction (of said thread)

Paula (H) - I don't accept any ruling. You can create threads, but you can't close them.
Nevertheless I agree with the above messages (JTS, Pete). This thread seems to have lost the power to raise creative energy. If this power returns to the thread, I'll post again; if not: Muffin Thread - R.I.P.

I am taken aback by your responses. It seems to me obvious, without PerryVenture, that he who creates a thread may unilaterally stop it as well.

Your purported usurpation of my unilateral mandate is absurd. You have an obediance problem, clearly. I imagine you are all pseudo-anarchists who find this female-bashing to be an amusing pastime.

I won't stand for it and will take this up with the moderator if you persist in posting to an offically declared closed thread.

Incidentally, your chronic lack of energy is probably due to excessive muffin consumption and the draining of your physical powers by the excessive gluten content therein.

That's precious, Tom ~ "Muffin Thread - R.I.P." Is this "ruling" phenomena a Christian trait?
