More pics, Linda and Tinds:-) I remember noticing Christoph taking that photo in the cloud. I like it. I have lost my red Snowdon summit hat already.

Due to technical difficulties, I am posting PHIL'S photos:

That mountain was busier than Croydon High Street, old people, babies, toddlers, dogs, men with ironing boards I have never seen so many people  Loving the pictures.

Yes Paula you are right about the people traffic and the comparison with Croydon high street . Pity Chas and Dave weren't up there but then " there ain't no pleasing me "

I wonder why Sally is running ?. I would like to think someone has told her they are selling Leonard Cohen concert ticket at the top but sadly I don't think that would make her run she has yet to be converted but Ian is working on it

John Morris' hat was a great prop in the pics. I like the rugged backdrops in your pics, Phil. And also the rugged people. Sally took up fell-running for the day, to try to escape the crowds. I don't think she needs to be converted as it now seems that being a Leonard Cohen fan is not a prerequisite for joining these events.

It was a bit like a motorway on that path. It being a Saturday with fine weather brought out all the bloody tourists and day trippers. That's what you get for going up the easy path of the mountain with trains and refreshments:-) You should have come up Cadair for a bit of solitude and silence. Alternatively, we could return in January when the weather's a bit more atmospheric and do the whole thing again 8) .

Phil - sad news Chas and Dave are no more as of this week Dave Peacock has left C&D his wife died and he wants to reflect on life I think. Chas is still going though I love 'em.

Diane - I would like you to tell Tinders to her face that that was the easy route

Paula whatever she told you was a load of Irish flannel. Tinds was like a dynamo going up that mountain. I had to put rocks in her rucsac to slow her down.

OK Henning what did you do? I can understand Jarkko getting a mention, but how come your name springs to the lips of one the greatest spiritual teachers of our time? You will have to spend the rest of your life being worthy of it.
