After all, if Leonard has recorded a completely different version then it's not necessarily one of the songs that were previewed on the recent tours is it .......?
Wendy, you hit the nail on the head

Sony has not published any official release date yet, as far I know. (What's strange.) When can we expect track listing?

I'm so excited about this album, like all of you (though I was really hoping "Feels So Good" would be on it.) Anyway, I'm hoping to review this CD on my music blog before the release date. Jarkko, if you know who I should contact to get a promo copy for review, please let me know.
For anyone who is curious, here is a link to my blog:

Hmm. Good idea. I too would like to review the album on my blog before the release date. Sounds like a great situation all round - get to hear the CD before everyone else and (presumably) for free as well.
Wendy (sorry Midnightchoir37 .....)

So glad The Darkness will be on the album. It was one of the highlights of the tour imo. I just hope the recorded version is as great as the performance in Helsinki.
Quite surprised though that Born in Chains isn't included. I thought that was a given.
EDIT: Should have read the older posts more carefully!

So he's already planning THE NEXT album?? Great!

I spoke with Hattie and Charley last night after their wonderful concert in Dublin and they confirmed their involvement on the album. They also said it is fantastic.
Counting down the days!

I don't know if this news or not, but did not see this picture before in relation to the new album. Is it the new album cover or just a random picture with text
The picture is at the Dutch website of a CD/DVD webshop where you can preorder Old Ideas:

That old picture has nothing to do with the new album.

Leonard was so much older then, he's younger than that now.
