I think the arrangements are still the same for Sunday night. The venue is on page 1.
Anyone who can be in the city on Sunday can attend. I have now abandoned my original Sunday evening flight and bought another one to arrive on Saturday instead.

About the tribute-concert on Sunday, for now, the venue remains the one stated in the beginning of the thread even though we are already looking for alternatives in case the list gets larger and larger. On Monday, we have the lunch which we are very close to decide the final restaurant. The idea, apart from the menu, is to have a bar service (at everyone's cost) at the end of the meal in order to stay together during the afternoon (not compulsary, of course) and go to Leonard's concert afterwards...

Hi

Can any of the people on here help with my Girona question on the other thread ?
[a ride back from show]

Sorry to ask here, but Barca is near Girona so maybe some here can help us, and nobody is replying on the other thread.

Thanks !

i'll be arriving in barcelona on monday morning and would love to join the lunch , except i will have been up since 5 am , and with the concert not starting until 9.30pm (?) , i'll also need to factor in a significant ' siesta'

Even so count me in , and 2 euros for a name badge seems a bargain to me . ( real name David Powell - wirral , UK )

Hallo everyone,
I am joining you at Barcelona, decided not to wait any longer for the announcement for the Tel Aviv concert. Just bought the ticket, flight and hotel room. I'll arrive on 17th Sep, stay in Sant Agusti hotel (former monastery), my ticket is in block 105E, row 5, seat 1.
Please, check me in for the tribute concert on Sunday and for the lunch on Monday.
My husband can join us only for the tribute concert on Sunday, please include him also on the list.
I will also PM Maarten en Jorcx, thanks for organizing this.
Looking forward to meet all of you...

*** PLEASE NOTE: NEW LOCATION AND TIME FOR THE TRIBUTE-CONCERT ON SUNDAY !!! The first place was certainly too small for the bunch of Cohenites we are by now, and this is really a nice and comfortable concert-hall where everyone will be able to seat (or hang at the bar). Also, the timetable has moved a little later, from 22.30PM until just about midnight, just in time to raise our glasses and celebrate Leonard's Big Day, and this way the late-comers, football-goers, and all-nighters can join us as well...

Excellent! Hopefully these all-nighters will be able to make it after recovering from the overseas flight. Thank you Jorcx!

Best regards,

Can't make Barcelona unfortunately but think am going to make it to Granada a week earlier-does anyone know anything about the venue there? The Coliseo Atarfe? Is it large or intimate? Is it it some sort of historic colosseum? A Bull Ring? Outdoors? Sound quality? Any info would be welcome.

Hi everyone
I fell a bit foolish writing this but..... I have never been to Barcelona and I want to go to that concert and the celebrations. I have a slight mobility problem and have not travelled on my own for the past 3 years because of it. None of my friends can make it unfortunately so the question is will there be anyone travelling from the UK on the Sunday and back on the Tuesday. I have not booked anything yet but I want to in the next couple of days as I am worried that it will sell out. I have looked at hotels close to the venue (can't remember the name of it) but it is very close to the venue so that I would not have far to walk (on crutches). Is the airport far from town???? Hope to meet you all but I have to confess that the thought of the whole thing is quite daunting.
