Thank you Tom for the information on Pula.
If this is a venue, it will be very hard to ignore, it looks beautiful, However, it does put me in mind of Verona! Tom, is it possible it could rain? And if so, will they dry the seats?
Wendy, I'm also watching out for more UK dates, but I have to say this looks better than Birmingham NEC (or whatever it is called these days).

Looks aren't everything Liam. The (newly refurbished) LG Arena is a mere 15 minutes from home. Travel cost - less than £5, even if Tony has to do 2 trips to drop me off and collect me after the show.
But why would we need to make a choice? Can't we "have it all"??

Dear Jarkko
may I bother our busy hero with this question:
Do you think, with the 7 concerts announced on Monday 25, will that be it for mainland Europe or will there be more concerts announced later?
Thank you,
best,
Harald

We are not done with the mainland yet, after the Feb 25 announcement we expect more, could be as many as on Monday. The exact number is still waiting for confirmation, and the route may still change.

All this AEGLive job reminds me on a saying Leonard used to repeat for years whenever he was asked about touring.
"Devil laughs as you make plans."

Well there it never rains in July and early August:) Plus unlike in Italy, here they're used to clean the venue before the show.
Only crazy people would schedule an open air show in late September in southern Europe. We are still wondering how the band survived all those open air gigs in Scandinavia on minus 5 and during rainy early Fall season in Europe last year.
Pula Arena is quite different from Verona's as it has no orchestra pit - the gap of 10 meters between stage and first rows. Also, in Verona first rows lost sound as the decision was not to have background and side curtains, so the sound spread in all directions. I was in Pula for two film festivals in the amphitheatre, and the sound was great.

thanks paul you have sent me to bed tonight with the rather disturbing thought that if leonard ever plays venice again the whole of the front row would consist of guys called vince...possible i suppose...ta ken

it's the cold light of morning now paul and of course you are quite right....i'm in that dublin place and i'd had a long night out with some of cohen irishers so vince did look like an anagram of venice at the time....and there's me thinking it was the guinness that made dubliners the scholars they are purported to me......ta ken

Can somone please explain how the pre-sale works. I tried to get pre-sale for the Dublin tickets I bought last year but it didn't seem to work.
***You only need to find the link we will show when the presale opens (it will be in the PRESALE LINKS AND PASWORDS section). The link takes you to the official seller. Just order the tickets and pay by credit card. That's it. / Jarkko***
