Sad irony that Joni Mitchell has included "Big Yellow Taxi (2007)" ~ her "don't know what you've got til it's gone... they paved paradise and put up a parking lot" song ~ on her new cd "Shine." I can't fathom this whole action.

Walked by yesterday, the sign was still visible, but it is clad and wrapped on the outside.
The Matador didn't succumb to it's impending fate of becoming a parking lot, though it's dance hall days are over. Read more
