Your first line definitely catches one's attention, Manna  .

Loving the image of these lines:
we made love and dozed
in the private disorder
of skin and linen.
Very strong visual subtly evoked. Lovely choice of refreshment.

Forgive my lowering the tone here Manna, just that the lines quoted above brought it to mind. I remember being at a poetry reading years ago in London by a reasonably well known female poet who read some (for the time) somewhat erotic verse. At the end of the reading there was a Q & A session which was all very polite and tippy-toe correct till a man at the back put up his hand and when called on to put his point said: "I suppose a ride is out of the question?"
Now back to the analysis..................

Forgive my lowering the tone here Manna,
No, absolutely not, and how could you even ask? I will not forgive one who's done no wrong. My own mind spends most of its time thinking about sex.

jimbo,
and any others who may crush on me,

I am sorry, but I cannot allow you to be more than toys of thought for me. I have my one, my life-long love, the one to whom I wrote this poem. I am willing to say flirty things with almost anyone, but that's as far as we go, my brothers.

And in addition to legaleze, I guess I need to learn Irish too.
