Well you learn something new every day Kush or as Byron would say "I'll go to the foot of our stairs"

Really beautiful, Andrea. A little gem of poetry (We can agree with Partisan, sometimes, and that's really incredible!

).

As it happens Antropos none of you have even spotted the point i was making, let alone agreed with it. No need for you to be overly concerned.

I got it partisan and so did Jarkko apparently.

That is distinctly possible, but by no means certain.

I have an

, Partisan. Get with Vesuvius. You can give each other clarity lessons, so her encouraging words and your insults won't go mis-understood. Or is it her insults and your encouraging words? Well, whatever it is, clarity lessons oughta clear it up. Did you ever go clear?

Of course there isn't any chance that the lack of clarity was deliberate.......

another tangental query slightly related to a dog named Jarkko....
Has anyone named their pet after Leonard ?
Lennie the labrador
Cohen the chameleon
There may even be Suzannes, Mariannes, Partisans, Nancys out there .... or maybe not

Now, whyever would/however could one think
that?

If
that were the case, one might forever do one thing, whilst claiming another.....continually asserting mis-interpretation. How gamelike do you think one could possibly
be
? Perhaps checking one's default settings might give a clue, though, eh

?
And, Partisan, have you gone cynical on us? Suggesting we should look beyond face value for intentional obscurity beneath

? Perhaps Vesuvius might be willing to assist you in an attitude adjustment, as well

.
Meanwhile, in terms of
you, are you going to just go on and not let us in on, perhaps, one of your best coups? We unequivocally deserve the best.

No pets, yet; however, Leonard, his family, and his work have given me an endless supply of passwords at work, where several programs require them, and they change often, as well. My only challenge is remembering where I left off.

Dear Friends, Paola's dog is called Jarkko for two reasons.
One of the parents of her dog (father as far as I remember - pedigree) is originally Finnish, so she liked the idea of giving him a Finnish name - therefore the name Jarkko - in honour of our Finnish SPECIAL MAN
happy easter to all of you

Couldn't ask for any better reasons.....and I hope Jarkko enjoyed his swim.

Lizzytysh, (I do not say ciao this time)
I will assist YOU in an attitude adjustment. It is YOU who need clarity lessons. I do not need lessons. My English is good. I have telled you that before. Remember? On the Tunes and Flowers thread. We Italians do NOT need to go clear. You have insulted all of Italy again. I write what I wrote you then..."Add an apology to Italy to your list of 'People and Countries I need to Apologize To'."
And this time DO NOT tell me to go to Wal-Mart to get the apology on sale there. We Italians do not shop at the stores that the insetti della blatta Di Florida shop at.
Arrivederci,
Vesuvius
Not a "she"

I'm so pleased I've at last unequivocally encouraged you, Vesuvius. No apologies to either you or Italy forthcoming. You
may want to check me
next lifetime, of course. I
may take it under consideration then. No guarantees. Don't hold your breath

[tee-hee ~ get it?].
Good day, m'lady.....arrivederci.....this may actually mean we can get back to comments on 2004. Is Italy aware that you are their self-appointed mascot? The Italians
I've known have been exceedingly warm and friendly. You may have the government after you if you're not careful. They select their ambassadors pretty carefully and you really don't pass muster. Maybe some glitch in that DNA of yours

.
