Hi Gingermop ~
I'm sorry to hear that you've lost your friend who loved Leonard. Losing a friend is so hard on our hearts. Is his absence part of the reason you've decided to start participating rather than lurking?
I wondered how you could have been so observant so quickly when you mentioned how I seem to speak as though I know how Leonard, et al, feel. Now I understand.
Yes... analysis of words and statements. It's so true... and it's what was at the heart of my falling in love with Leonard's songs... including the eternal conundrums
... and conversely, paradoxically, I still end up listening with my heart as much as with my head. Those words have a way of bypassing the mind and going straight to and into the heart. Leonard's voice and music have been integral in that happening. Still, I feel the words in my heart with Anjani's voice and music.
On Leonard's touring, I have the same hunch, including the much smaller scale, fewer venues, and shorter shows. That will be preferable for those who are able to attend. Anything will be fine with me. With prayer, they say where two or more are gathered. I wonder how many we need for bringing hunches to fruition.
