Thanks for clarifying what "Crackerjack" is, while you were at it, Pete

.
Mmmm... a Brit variety show? A pier that extends
faaaaaar into the water and there they were, ready to fall off at any moment, electrified guitars threatening to fry them, as well? An amusement park ride... with perfectly timed crescendoes and diminuendoes in their voices and instrumentation?

Pete, I know it's Friday but it's not five-to-five yet, so how can you possibly say Crackerjack?

If someone says 'Crackerjack' you're supposed to shout...
CRACKERJACK!!!!!
Does that help, Lizzy??

Aha... the Brit code wor[l]d

strikes, again

... the noun, verb, adjective, adverb, excalamation, and punchline, all in one. Now, how efficient is that??
Well, I'll be
CRACKERJACKed!!!
< * thanks, Pete

I never saw them.
I thought the Stones were and are, far better. I never saw them either. But I did see two Goldfinches in me back garden today

Yes, I am completely convinced that I was supposed to be born a generation before I was. I heard this album reviewed on NPR, and I thought it sounded great. I haven't yet purchased it, but I just got a gift card from my lab for the type of store that sells this stuff, so I'm hoping this weekend.
PS. Byron, you are a kick!

I'm not that much of a Beatles fan, although I do like While My Guitar Gently Weeps. Better get out of this thread then.
I saw the Stones this summer. I didn't think they were as good as when I have seen them previously, but they still put on a heck of a visual show.

Pete, I finally twigged that your flag is the Deryshire flag. Very pretty; both Derbyshire and the flag.

You either love the new release or you hate it... Genius or blasphemous; no gray area...
