only LC could say for sure but I always thought maybe a reference to project MK ULTRA's bordellos. Nobody really knows what all happened because most records were destroyed but lsd & the NY music scene were a part of it.
I came to this page because I'm writing a script about government conspiracy messages hidden in media and art, wherein LC is a bit of a government agent and a bit like The Songwriter in UTSL. Googling this line brought me here. I love the secret question needed to join the site, it fits right into my script. All of the lines in his songs that are mysterious are little Q&A codes for other events, anyway I will probably forget all about it tomorrow.

I also think it's possible he foresaw the current day where people are expected to all have cameras watching us in our homes through our smart tvs and everybody accepts this as though it's a totally normal and not creepy thing...
