'devastated'... 'disappears' ... is this a new fashion? I just hope she had just 'disappears", and that she has not, 'disappears'.

Well... Liberté, liberté chérie. Run Madeleine! 8)

How do you know Linda? As you told before not being able to pick the "a" from the "b" in French? Well, it does not matter, I guess, what is true, what is false, as Kush said, only what is between the ears does matter. For some.

Hi Tchoco,

Well, I don't speak or read French like a good Canadian should, but I am able to pick a word here and a word there (sometimes I'm able to string a few together and make a short sentence), but my relationship with
French is mostly thru the 'cereal boxes', as well as some leftover high school French (mandatory when I went to school).

The French phrase sounded much nicer than its English counterpart.

Laurie,

I hesitate to even wonder what a Yahoo 'singer' alert is. So, I'm going to conclude it's something like a Google alert? Then you can correct me when I'm wrong.

Yahoo!

But.... Which kind of police did they launch on this affair? L'inspecteur Clouzot?

Strange new idea to me that words could be pretty only for their look and not for what they have inside. When will you allow your poems to go out, you? Your poetry is leaking all the time from your post, one day, they must foment a rebellion and went out on their own. Watch out!

I will guess that it is. My key word is simply SINGER. Every morning Yahoo alerts me to all the news stories that contain that word. I read about crooners of all kinds and an occassional sewing machine 8)

Laurie,

I was on the very edge of thinking that your post would keep me awake all night, but then it hit me. Very punny!

Tchoco,

Well there is definitely something leaking out of both my brain and my computer, but I can assure you, it isn't poetry.

Just in case you are thinking I wanted to make fun of you out of this poetry thing I tell you I was not. I do think you are creating nice images. Now if you don't want to learn wathever language it is I really don't care and I mean it, but please don't blame me for this and don't expect that I feel sorry for you, and I mean it also. To finish, if you want to play stinking games, I'm sorry to have to ask you to find another player for today. I thank you in advance for your kind attention. Have a nice day.

Tchoco,

Once again, I am not playing games with you. I am not suggesting you're making fun. My reference to things 'leaking' was self-deprecating, as my computer is dying as are many of my brain cells.

Well, in the order :

1) You should. Once in a while. I do (with you).
2) Ok... ok.
3) Stop that.
4) Have another one for your birthday or Christmas. A computer I mean. The brain has its way to overcome problems like dying cells, so don't worry for your perfect body.
