If you think they're trash, all you have to do is stay out of the wastepaper basket.

FAR better than what I was going to say

Note, LB is not a part of the UHTC band. Also, we don't know, if there were any fans in "a group of Polish local crew" (according to what I know about Poland, there should be some fans certainly).

hmm, when I went to the Leonard Cohen concert in Calgary, several of the band members had set themselves up to meet and greet. I got to meet Raphael and Hattie Webb and to get their autographs on my program. Silly but I am a great admirer of all the band members so I was very pleased. In Edmonton, because of the larger venue, it never occurred to me that they might also be available, plus ...I had already done that. If that person was trying to meet the band members, is it not possible that they had also set themselves up at his venue?

Thank you st theresa 1 for returning this thread to its original intention.
A little puzzled about how you know some band members are "set up " to meet and greet, though...have never been aware of this.
Perhaps you have to be on FB to know? Or just be "in the know".
Interesting, open-minded contributions too, Goldin. (Compared to some other comments here which I could describe as "catty" if I didn't like cats so much! Some people have too much time on their hands... )
Leif of course lives in Ireland.

He has picked up the local lingo. I
love his writing - so open and honest.

Another thing that's not clear is whether he had a smile and/or laughing tone in his voice when he said it, Goldin.
