Actually, they offered me the e-ticket first but declined my credit card. The second time I tried, there was no e-ticket option, just a postal for an additional 500+ CzK. But maybe it's better this way, the price is outrageous. I wanted to cry. Bye-bye, Prague

I have just received this message from what seems to be the ticket seller. Has anyone else bought home print tickets and received the same message? I just want to make sure this not some kind of fraud.

What caught my suspicion is that this email comes from someone @sazka.cz whereas the confirmation came from @sazkaticket.cz.

Thanks a lot for the info, Hanna. I haven't looked at the secod and third ticket yet and just assumed they would be ok but now that you say it - all of mine have the same seat number too. How nice that they contacted me without me complaining first. Great service from Prague!

I think the only ticket option in the general sale for non-Czechs was delivery by registered mail - that´s what I did.
They say tix should arrive within 15 days.

Make sure you have paid your tix.
I first booked seats, they showed up in my shopping basket, but there was only payment within 1 day in Czechoslovakia, so I had to cancel these seats and book again, and got the credit card payment option.
(logged in at sazkaticket you can open a window "Your Reservations" or so, and see the status of your reservation - mine says: Paid /yes)
