I received my 2nd package which was for two VIP Merch packages and again I was shorted a litho.

Anyone receivIng their packages and missing Lithos?

I purchased only one ticket. Did receive a litho.

Our 2 VIP (Diamond) arrived today. We are also missing one litho (and the other was trying to escape and be beat to bits, this stuff was packed without any care).

Who do you contact?

Also missing one patch and I don't get these generic bags at all -- they are like something an airplane would give you (but a little bigger of course) for toiletries.

Was there supposed to be anything attached to the lanyard, I was wondering what a "VIP laminate" was supposed to be.

It was a little disappointing to me, but at least the concert was amazing. Wish this had arrived before so the concert would be the last thing I remembered.

I forgot to say (I was so tired) that the litho we did receive is called "Our lady" 21/50. It is beautiful. Maybe I can figure out how to attach a picture later, sorry I do not post much, I mostly read here.

It did not get damaged, but it was almost out of the envelope -- I wish they had sealed it is all.

Now I have Our Lady of Solitude playing in my head.

Maybe my taste is quirky, but I love the merch package that just came today.
I probably would have preferred the "My Guitar" or "It Was the Hat After All" litho [vs. "The Background Singers"], yet, the litho I got has its many meanings from my perspective, so I like it for that. And it definitely reflects the busy-ness of New York .
The rest of the merch for me really is interesting, as well as useful... and I love that aspect!
I'll be buying a plain, black hooded sweatshirt type parka for the patch; and for the plain bag, I'll be watching out for a patch that will do well with it.

Lisa, you say shipwrecked... I thought it would be handy if I was lost in a forest and just happened to bring with me my whistle, my compass and my pocket-tools! A client asked me if I was supposed to turn into a boy scout! I don't get it, what is the importance to these items? I've seen previous packages and they are fantastic! I gotta say, I was disappointed

I see that earlier the canvas bag had the logo, and the patch was included in the package, as well.
