Well now, I'm just confused by the differences in dates. Maybe they just haven't updated the one they put back to the lower price. I've now pre-ordered them both, one at each price... but one had gotten to the higher price before I ordered it, so I'm still a bit confused on how that will play out. If IT goes down, then so will what I'm supposed to pay?? Is that how you read it, too?

When I did the search I only found one priced $18.47 and out May 8th so not sure what is going on with the other one.

No idea. I'll leave it in place for now. What would you speculate would happen. Since I have ORDERED it now, but at the HIGHER price, does it still mean if it goes back lower, I'll get the lower one on it, too?

I ordered the book as soon as I saw that you could. As far as Amazon goes, it seems they will give you the book for the price quoted when you ordered. If the price goes up, you still get the lower price. So I would leave your order alone.
Barnes and Noble price is $31.80.

Okay, then I would say that since I have TWO orders in ~ One at the HIGHER price, with a LATER release date... and one at the LOWER price, with an EARLIER release date... are you saying leave BOTH orders in place, in case she does two editions???

No, I would cancel the most expensive order. I doubt she will be putting two different editions out.

One never knows, but overall, I do agree you're right that she won't. It's just that there's no overlap with the release dates, and who knows but what she may want to sell 1st edition... and then a second addition with the added chapter regarding the phantom "2012 Tour". Thinking ahead and all that.

I had a chat with Sylvie while she was in London, and as far as I can ascertain her book will be released in both the U.K. and U.S. in October.

Irritatingly, it looks like the publication date has been pushed back AGAIN.
On the plus side, Amazon.co.uk now have it available for pre-order for just £11.40.
