My tickets arrived to Berlin on Saturday (yes, couldn't believe either it was *that* fast).
I don't think you should worry, seems Eventim are very organized and in case your tickets get stuck, you have the transaction confirmation email and enough time to work it out with them.
I'd give it a bit more time.

Thanks for info - now have seat allocation from my sherpa, but my French not good enough to track the consignment...

It looks like Sherpa will take a little longer than the other sellers to send the tickets but as long as payment has been received it should be fine.

'My Sherpa' now tells me my seats and says the tickets have been sent, TODAY! Gots to make themselves over to London though, so might be a while yet.

Many thanks for getting back to me so quickly with your advise (even though I only got to the forum now!) Anyway, I have not received a shipping notification yet, only a 'no reply' confirmation of my order. Maybe my panic is a little early, I will give it another few days after all Yoer's message says they are not issued out yet!

Every day the 'Date d'envoi' changes for me - now it has been changed again, to today's date. Sigh. Still, a good excuse to drink fine wine every evening until the tickets arrive

Ok, so no news again today re the Ghent tickets but no worries, there's still time!!! However, loving the fact that we are all sipping some vino while we wait.

it's the fourth column that you have to check. if there is a sign with an enveloppe, it means tickets are ready to be sent. If there is a sign with something like a bird (dont know how its called in english) it means they are sent.
