This took some searching, but I found a music store in Wisconsin that has a lot of the lithographs and they are willing to take your order over the phone and send you the CD and lithograph, or vinyl and litho. Angie was very helpful and said she'd be "happy to help get the lithographs into the hands of those who want them." The CD is couple of dollars more than Amazon and the shipping to the U.S. was another $3.50. I don't know about overseas orders, but it would be worth a call. If you need a U.S. address for shipment, maybe we can coordinate a way for those of us here to help get them to you. And what a great way to support a business in Madison, Wisconsin - home of the 2012 Leonard Cohen Event!

Goldin - I'd caution not to order online, even for those in the U.S. If it's an automated system, it will likely not be equipped to deal with the bonus lithograph and may even ship from a different source. ??? A phone call will be the only way to determine if they still have the litho. I'd be happy to help get this for a few people...PM me and we can get it sorted out.

Can anybody provide real photo of lithograph, even by cellphone - just to see the real size of it. Maybe beside the CD for the comparison.

That is large! I wonder if that size is just with the vinyl LP, and a smaller one with a cd?
I'd be happy to print a copy just for myself if someone could provide a decent scan

Thanks. I wanted to check as Korean sellers are selling Old Ideas for 14.99 US$ and free worldwide shipping - the package has something with CD so I was wondering is it the litho.

I called the store in Madison & a store near where I live, to ask if they have it; noone answered the phone at either place, so I left messages, & am waiting for someone to get back to me. If either of these places have this, I'd be happy to buy a few copies & send them to people. I'll post when I have some info.

I'm going to be placing an order this morning for a few people. All the items will be shipped to me, here the in the U.S. and I'll repackage and send the CD's/lithos off on their adventures around the world! We can sort out Paypal once they get to me and I have final amounts on what shipping will cost. I'm happy to help!

I want to thank Tom and Beatriz S. for first alerting me to this or I never would have known in time.
I found the poster at my local music store (well 40 minutes away) and got a some for a few forum members.
I was in touch with Kelsey as we live 2 hours apart and we were trying to get them here locally.
I am glad she found a source too.
I just called and they don't have anymore so sorry I can't help out anymore.

Hope more people in the US are able to help out.
