What a beautiful day, what great news. I'm happy to see as many friends as possible in Hydra again. Thanks to my dear friend Simone - Limone who informed me about it and urged me to pass by and read some lines here.

Hey a big embrace to anyone who remembers me ;)

No problem you will know me, they always were hiding me ;) I never remember names, but when we'll meet I will remember you again, which I do not either at this moment....

Greetings :)

I already decided to go to Hydra in June 2005 to my first event (although I was confused because events were every 2 year). Now I see the next event is Berlin 2006, and Hydra is "meetup"?.....

That's right, Tom. Hydra 2005 is NOT an Event, just a meetup of Cohenites. There is a big difference - our Events have been carefully organized, have lots of program with both professional and amateur artists, real venues, mementos, participation fee, and so on.

Our Hydra gathering offers none of those: it is just for people who want to spend some time together on the beautiful island. There will be no registration, no participation fee, no program, no venue, no concerts.
We will choose a good restaurant for every day for dinner, we take some Mythoses at Roloi Bar in the harbour, maybe do some walks in the Hydra city and into the country side, probably have a garden party/potluck -- it will be more like a holiday!

The next real Event will be in August 2006 in Berlin!

Is anyone taking children/young adults? My 18 year old daughter wants to come and I just wondered if it was just gonna be all old foggies

Isn't it "fogeys"? Anyway, there are bound to be some interesting, delightful, and gorgeous Hydraens for your daughter to meet. There will also, I'm certain, be some of the younger set of 'us' who will appear. When I met Linmag's daughter and son, and their friends, they also had no problem at all relating to the adults 8) ! And had a great time :D Plus, look at the younger ones who came to New York and had zero problem with the 'adult' population  .

Unfortunately, Hazel and Alysa will be doing A levels round about then, otherwise there would be no way we would keep them away from a trip to Greece

Megan will be fine with us old cretins I just thought I would ask. She went quite pale when I told her there were no cars and pebbly beaches I think she thinks the zimmer frames are going to be in abundance!!!!
