Yes, I told my father yesterday that if it's Sherpa that's handling this ticket sale, they're bound to be late. They always are! Hopefully, we'll get it working before this afternoon...

Maarten phoned Sherpa up, and they did know anything about the presale.
I have emailed AEG to find out what's happening.
(However, this would not be the first time the sellers give false information in phone;
the operators usually don't know what's happening in another department).
I will let you know if I hear anything. Maybe we should stop refreshing the presale page
for the time being, we are only wasting time.

Yes, I contacted Sherpa by phone, but the woman on the phone couldn't find anything about a presale in her computer. When I explained about the fan presale for the Forum, she told me to contact one of the moderators... 
. I have been on the phone (and email) with Jarkko to see what's going on. Hopefully AEG Live will have things sorted soon... Of course the woman on the phone (a typical call centre woman) didn't want to put me through on the phone to someone else of the higher staff at Sherpa's... We'll just have to wait some more and hope for the best. Jarkko is doing all he possibly can.
