Remember me, you kindly uploaded my pics of Belfast setlist.
Even though i wasn't at Barcelona you can add my name to the list for Sligo and my friend Jill who will be coming with me. Is there any chance you could again organise name badges, i would be happy to pay for such a momento, please?
I finalised my hotel booking yesterday, Raddissonblu Friday and Saturday, where are you staying?

Hurray! And congratulations to Ireland! Also, many many thanks to Marie (IrishMar). I stood slightly swaying beside her in the wee hours of the morning in a hotel lobby in San Jose as she vehemently lobbied for Ireland (YET AGAIN, I must say!) to Ed Sanders and Robert Kory. I truly, truly think this registered at a certain level. As much as Leonard loves Dublin and Belfast, they were somewhat steadfast in not returning to cities they had done before. We must admit that Dublin was graced with the presence of LC several times. But, lo and behold, this place in western Ireland called Lissadell House which has fallen on good times, bad times, renewal times, and finally legal times, wants to hold 4 concerts over the long weekend at the end of July/beginning of August. And...this is Yeats country! I'm sure words and suggestions passed between Robert and Leonard.....AND here we are!

I will come equipped with summer gear, and rain gear, and a heart open to all of you wonderful Irish! Bless you!

My congratulations goes out to all of the Irish as well! I mentioned to Jarkko a while back that our forum members would love the west coast of Ireland. Anne & I have been to Sligo and visited Yeats' grave-he who was such an influence to Leonard.

We will be tempted to try to fly back from Salzburg, but I doubt we can make that happen. Have a great time and good luck on getting tickets.

When you say "this is the last of this set", do you mean the last within the 27th July - 14 August time frame, or could (for instance) a concert in Liverpool or London suddenly appear on (say) August 2nd? If not, am I right in thinking that there could still be concerts somewhere in the second half of August?

***There is one tentative date between August 2 and 14 but it will be in the North if it happens. For the rest of August (16-31) we still wait for decisions.

Is that me? I will certainly be there yes, just sorting out somewhere to stay.

Name badges would be lovely.... or I see in my mind's eye a nice cotton bag with Mr Cohen images, quotes and symbols mingled with the same from Yeats. I think it could be a big seller!

I wonder if he will replace his own poem with a recitation of a choice bit of Yeats, that would be great.

Hope this volcanic ash problem subsides for foreign visitors - I read the last major eruption in 1821 lasted for 2 years!
