I love that little Bird on the Wire. Can he/she tell us whether it will be Dublin, or some other part of Ireland?
I went to Dublin to see Leonard in whatever month that was (maybe July), and it was wonderful; something really special about the energy of Dublin, and seeing Leonard there; I would certainly go there, or another part of Ireland, for Leonard again. . .

Please let it be after 10th April as I will be out of the country until then. 2010 is looking good already.

Anywhere within a 15 hour flight of Australia would be superb.

Hi Marie,
Apropos our conversation at lunch on Friday, it seems we may have to put together the Schedule of Activities for all the Cohenites who intend to visit when Leonard returns in 2010! Organisational skills to the ready!
Carlowmike, I know you are constitutionally debarred from revealing your source, however, can you let us know if it was a very informed source, oh pleeeeeease!
In song. Paula

Hi Marie
Please talk to Carlow Mike and find out for us if this is his way of manifesting a concert in Ireland by saying
he heard there will be one and then it happens
or did he really hear this from a bird on the wire..and if so then I wonder if your long chat with Ed Saunders in the Fairmont Lobby Bar when you were rambling on non stop in a lovely banter after a 'few' drinks about the joys of Dublin and the great shows there..if that is the reason they are returning to your fair city or country!!!
either way, as you say...no need to worry about colours...just bring the concert to Dublin and all your friends will try to make it over..
what fun it would be!
now of course then they should travel west across the ocean and mountains to the west coast of the fair land called Canada
and play there again and you have to come there!
waiting patiently waiting for news!
Mutti (Leslie)
