Dear Cohenfans,
Perhaps I should explain my comment.
First I want to apologize for not posting very much the past year.
I've been the wallflower at the back of the room listening to everyone but
not participating! My resolution? Post more in '04!
You may agree or disagree with me, this was my feeling when I read
Leonard's Decision.
We are hooked! By "hooked" I mean addicted! We're hooked on his voice, his words, everything he does, every bit of information about him, tributes, covers, memorabilia,
we even travel around the world to meet others who share our feelings.
My friends thought I was crazy to go to Hydra. I have never seen him in concert and it's likely I never will, so this means a lot to me.
I see this New Years' message from Leonard as an expression of
affection and appreciation for us.
We are hooked, and he's keeping us!
So, I'll take this waltz - it's all that there is!

Hi Evelyn ~
Very beautifully expressed, your interpretation, from "We are hooked!" through "So, I'll take this waltz - it's all that there is!" So true, all of it. I like what going to Hydra meant to you, and I suspect that your friends were forced to reconsider their comments after you returned and shared your photographs.
As you know, your resolution even rings like a slogan.
Yes
! I look forward to reading you more

!

What are the symbols either side of his head?

On the right side is LC's regular symbol/logo for Various Positions, which 1st time appeared on cover of Book Of Mercy. Regular because it's on almost every recent drawing, including "Happy At Last" in The Essential.
I also wonder about the left one.

Croatian national TV showed some new Star Trek series, and I accidentaly came upon it. The new captain looks a lot like LC. It came to me that the star trek uniform we were all so puzzled about could have been a joke because he also saw the new captain on TV and found him looking like himself?

Hi Jurica!
That is fascinating. I hardly ever watched the Various TV productions of Star Trek. Do you know the name of this actor? I will certainly become a fan of the series if the Captain looks like our Leonard.

Is it a Croatian Star Trek?

Potentially ironic, potentially synchronistic, potentially true, Tom. Whichever it is, I love it

If the Star Trek series is the newest one called "Enterprise", the actor is Scott Bakula. I never considered him to look like Leonard though
Some other L C look-a-likes could be Rowan Atkinson, and Laurence Llewellyn-Bowen. Sorry!

Al Pacino has a striking resemblance to Leonard I find
