I had the same problem with a blank screen after the mastercard verifiction page. I had to lose the ticket being held and start again with a new ticket. It worked for me. I got Row N Section A5.

Ok....ticketmaster have done it again - looks very much as though they have allocated the 'fanclub' A5 mainly rows N -R, with a nod to rows L or M

Jarkko, I am VERY appreciative of the password, and I have one ticket for N99, and I thank you very very much for the presale!

But what happened to A5 rows A - K??? Why do our dear friends at ticketmaster always hold back the first rows? Probably they will sell them the day before...

If anybody experiences problems completing the visa verification page, try hitting the tab button to move down the page - no scroll button appeared when I was filling it in.
(let's hope the weather is kind!)

Can any one confirm that the entire Ticketmaster website crashed at 1037, and at 1042 is still down? Or is it just me?

Do you mean when you get as far as verify for visa [card]? You are registered for that with the right card, I suppose? I had a problem because I have recently received a new Visa card, and I had to enter the new card number, fill in my address and all that. I'm not quite sure at which stage you are getting a blank screen?

There are still quite a few tickets left as far as I can see, usually rows P, Q or R in A5.

Keep trying!!

I have been playing with the site since the beginning, now I have got my ticket safely, and it hasn't crashed while I have been doing this. I just switched screens to look again and it seems to beworking fine. Maybe you need to reboot your computer?
