That wasn't the reason they played Manchester.
Manchester was the 'Canada' of the tour, the warm up, glorious as it was.

i agree with the 'eat the rich' sentiment! but not about Manc gigs being the 'Canada' of the tour as he had already done Dublin. hadn't he? think so anyway.

agree with you that, Hopefully, the motivation behind the tour is not just money, but it is a major factor that spurred LC back onto the road. once on the road he cannot be faulted, even for doing gigs in the playgrounds of the rich and infamous, i reckon.

I suppose if you are not too fussy about your Lennies you one could go see Lenny Kravitz for 70euros...same deal different Lenny..
